A casual pub. Pretty standard pub fare. The server, Tara, is outstanding. Never seen such a bubbly, efficient waitress!! The owner is a very friendly guy who I’ve seen checking in with his patrons. The building itself, while very clean and well kept, is a tad outdated but a fun time can be had by all. Lively music. Gotta try the Duck burger! Not duck meat but it’s huge and delicious!
I personally enjoy the good liquor and atmosphere at very fair prices all day. There Is happy hour on Wednesday and Friday where a shot of Jack is 4$. The fish and chips were superb. Overall a very decent bar which sports a pool table(or snookers, I'm not conversant in it to tell the difference). Although I found that the main waitress/bartender was very prejudiced to my friends and I. Hence the mid rating.
It's an old school bar with pool tables and lots of big screen TVs with sports. Beer and food specials with friendly service. My buddy spoke highly of it and I agree. There used to be a bowling alley here called Lucky Strike too.
First time here last week on a thursday.
Ordered the steak sandwich - very tasty! I love the service! The server was very personable and friendly. This pub reminds me of those you can find in small towns, very inviting, social, and best of all small towns prices! Their happy hour/daily specials are great!
Would come back here again for the atmosphere, service and food.
Oh wow. Terra is just an amazing hostess. The food was some of the best I've ever had in New West, so honestly and delicious. The price can't be beat with the huge selection of specials, including drinks. Cheap pool table. Would recommend it to anyone.
Got served two of the worst pints and was told one would be comped, and was still charged. Carlsberg that tasted like Jack Daniel’s and the Guinness was completely flat.
The place is small, but has a good and vibrant feel to it. I kept hearing how good the food was on Facebook so the wife and I gave it a try. It definitely did not disappoint.
My favorite local pub! Great food, service and atmosphere! Their fries and the pulled pork sandwich are the best!
